How to Use the Report Planner in the Safety Planner Module #

The Report Planner in the Safety Planner module allows Global Admins to upload photos, analyze hazards, and generate detailed safety reports. These reports can cite regulations from OSHA, CALOSHA, ANSI, MSHA, and USDA, and can be shared with your team for review and rectification. Follow this guide to learn how to use the Report Planner effectively.

Accessing the Report Planner #

To begin using the Report Planner, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. From the left navigation bar, click on Planners.
  3. On the Planners dashboard, select Report Planner.

Creating a Safety Report #

To create a new safety report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Safety Report in the Report Planner.
  2. Fill out the following details:
    • Safety Report Name: Provide a name for the report.
    • Description: Add a brief description of the report.
    • Upload Photos: Upload images directly or use photos from the LOG-IT feature.
    • Log-It Observations: Add context from existing safety observations.
    • Inspection Details: Include the inspector’s name, project location, and inspection type.
    • Project Details: Add relevant project information, such as priority level and area/department.
  3. Click Save Report to proceed.

Running Hazard Analysis #

Once the report is created, you can run a hazard analysis using the uploaded photos:

  1. Click Run Report to analyze hazards in the uploaded photos.
  2. The system will use internal language models to detect hazards and generate a detailed report.
  3. The report will include:
    • Identified hazards.
    • Regulations cited from OSHA, CALOSHA, ANSI, MSHA, and USDA.
    • Recommendations for rectification.
  4. Click Export or Save Report to finalize the report.

Sharing Reports with Your Team #

To share the generated report with your team for review and rectification:

  1. Navigate to the Assignments tab in the Report Planner.
  2. Assign the report to:
    • Individual Users: Select specific employees.
    • Groups: Assign the report to predefined groups.
    • Jobs: Assign the report based on job roles.
  3. Click Save to confirm the assignment.

  • Provide Context: Add detailed descriptions and inspection details to improve hazard analysis accuracy.
  • Use LOG-IT Photos: Leverage photos from the LOG-IT feature for real-time hazard detection.
