Taking and Storing Field Photos
What this feature does / allows user to do #
Allows users to take photos in the field and store them for later viewing in the office or use
within the Report Planner. Photos can be taken directly in the app or captured on the device when
there is no service and uploaded once connectivity is restored.
Where this is located #
Home screen → LOG-IT tab → LOG-IT button →
Select or take photo → Submit
How it works #
- User taps the LOG-IT tab
- Selects the LOG-IT button
- Selects an existing photo or takes a new picture
- Submits the photo for storage and review
Why it matters #
This feature allows employees to document conditions, concerns, or progress while on the go,
ensuring important information is captured and shared with management.
