    • Shows all your submissions

  • How do I effectively mark specific areas of concern in my photos?

    Use these tools to highlight issues clearly:

    Comments:
    • Tap COMMENT button
    • Drag marker to exact location
    • Add descriptive text
    • Multiple comments can be added to one photo

    Drawing Tools:
    • Tap DRAW button
    • Use circles to highlight specific areas
    • Draw arrows to indicate direction or movement
    • Use different colors for emphasis

    Best Practice: Combine both tools - draw to highlight and add comments to explain. 

  • How do I know which severity level to choose for my safety observation?

    Choose the appropriate level based on urgency and risk:

    Store-it is for documentation purposes when:
    • Recording general conditions
    • Tracking routine observations
    • No immediate action required

    Review-it should be selected when:
    • Issue needs attention but isn't urgent
    • Team awareness is required
    • Internal notification should be sent

    Escalate-it is for:
    • Immediate safety concerns
    • Potential hazards requiring quick action
    • Situations needing urgent supervisor attention

  • How can I track my form submissions and their status?

    Monitor forms through the History tab:

    Submission Status:
    • Submitted - Form sent successfully
    • Under Review - Being evaluated
    • Approved - Completed and accepted
    • Rejected - Needs revision
    • Expired - Past due date

    Status Details:
    • Submission date/time
    • Reviewer comments

  • How do I attach photos or documents to a form?

    Add attachments using these methods:

    Camera Options:
    • Take photo directly in form
    • Access device camera
    • Use flash if needed
    • Retake option available

    File Upload:
    • Select from device gallery
    • Choose from documents
    • Multiple files allowed
    • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC

    Best Practice: Ensure photos are clear and documents are legible before attaching. 

  • How do I know when a form is urgent or has a deadline?

    Urgent Forms:
    • Display red "URGENT" label
    • Appear at top of assignments
    • Show in notification center
    • May require immediate action

    Deadlines:
    • Listed with specific due dates
    • Show countdown timer if near due
    • Color-coded based on urgency
    • Send reminder notifications
    • Display in calendar view 

  • What’s the difference between Assignments and Library in Forms?

    Forms are organized into two main sections:

    Assignments:
    • Forms specifically assigned to you
    • Have due dates and deadlines
    • May be marked as urgent
    • Required for completion
    • Show up on your home dashboard

    Library:
    • All available forms you can access
    • Can be submitted as needed
    • No specific due dates
    • Optional unless assigned
    • Always accessible for reference

  • How do I access my training certificates?

    Certificates are available through multiple paths:

    Immediate Access:
    • Available upon course completion
    • Downloadable PDF format
    • Printable version available
    • Accessible from course page

    Finding Certificates:
    • Check course completion page
    • View training history

  • What happens if I fail an exam? Can I retake it?

    Exam retake policies are as follows:

    Retake Options:
    • Multiple attempts allowed
    • No waiting period between attempts
    • Different questions may appear
    • Previous scores are recorded
    • Best score is retained

    After Failed Attempt:
    • Review incorrect answers
    • Access study materials
    • Check course content
    • Try practice questions
    • Contact instructor if needed 

  • What do I need to do to pass a training course?

    Required Elements:
    • Watch all training videos
    • Review all course materials
    • Complete any practice exercises
    • Pass final exam with minimum 80% score
    • Submit any required assignments

    Progress Tracking:

    • Records quiz attempts

Timeclocks

  • When I go to check in, there’s no options to choose from to do so?

    Often times if you dont see any job or category options during check-in, your global admins may have not assigned you to any jobs or time categories yet. Contact your admins to make sure you are assigned to appropriate entries to allow you to check-in.
